Refund And Returns Policy
Overview
At CustomizeKaralo, every jewellery piece is custom-made as per your specific order, making each creation unique and personal to you.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement for the same item.
We take utmost care to ensure that every order is crafted and packaged safely before dispatch, but in the rare case that something goes wrong, we’ve outlined the process below.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with any tags, certificates, or accessories received with it.

The damage or defect must be verified as caused by our end (manufacturing defect or damage during transit).

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
Once inspected and approved by our team, a replacement will be processed and shipped to you.
How to Request a Replacement

Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. -
Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your case qualifies, we’ll share return shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send out a replacement for the same product.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
As every CustomizeKaralo product is custom-designed and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect spelling or design provided by the customer during order placement.

Items that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery.

Damage caused by improper handling, perfumes, moisture, or chemicals.

Orders placed during sale or promotion events.
Shipping Returns
To return your product (only after approval), please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the replacement is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the reshipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance — CustomizeKaralo is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with supporting photos/videos.
After verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to decline replacement if evidence of mishandling or external damage after delivery is found.
